Good but...

The whole beginning was TOO much like Boondocks. You can not tell me you were just a lil more than inspired by the show. The gestures, the composition of the characters, the voice acting was just too similar. If I wanted to watch Boondocks I would watch Boondocks.

But now the positive. The part after the black kid gets ignant-tized was truly original funny stuff. The pregnant bit actually made me lol. The ending was perfect too.

I just wish you had more of your own original humor in this rather than copy the Boondocks in such an obvious way.

Awesome animation though and the character designs were great!

Thank for the review, when people are actually laughing out loud, then that means mission accomplished.

But I will honestly tell everyone who says the beginning is ripping off the boondocks: I watch the show. I enjoy the show. I see a lot of similarities between us. But all I was thinking is "I want two black dudes to escalate but then solve their differences". I looked at the "n**ga moment" from boondocks and actually liked how they had lower camera angles, so I used lower camera angles as well. I really meant no harm, even I think "this reminds me of the boondocks clip", I just never expected such backlash for the comparisons since it's really only like 10 seconds of arguing in a 2 minute animation :/. Everything else in that scene, the reconciliation (without shooting), the arrival of Captain Ignant, and the Sambo vision was never in Boondocks but that seems to get over looked because of the first 10 seconds.

Amazing work from all the animators involved. I know what its like to do an animation in a short period and you all excelled at it. Wonderful!
